A special PalaTABLE edition with Dancing Grass

For our upcoming special edition of PalaTABLE, we're joining forces with local creative brand Dancing Grass to celebrate the art of gathering.

Known for their beautifully illustrated tablecloths, bursting with colour and personality, Dancing Grass shares our belief that a table is so much more than a place to eat. It's where conversations begin, stories are exchanged and connections are made.

Together, we're creating a Sunday experience that brings wine, native food, creativity and community around one beautifully styled communal table.

A little wine wisdom. A lot of connection.

Our senior wine specialist will introduce three new-release wines through a guided sensory tasting, accompanied by native ingredients thoughtfully paired by our gastronomist.

Discover unexpected flavours, explore wine aromas and put your knowledge to the test with playful wine trivia designed to encourage curiosity and conversation.

Then, step outside for our guided herbal garden tour before returning to the table for an afternoon of shared stories, games and good company.
