A broad selection of The Farm’s favourite Italian delicacies including cured meats, house made condiments, local olives, garden pickled vegetables and sourdough.

 

ELEVATE YOUR ENTRÉE WITH A SEAFOOD UPGRADE

Additional options include buttery King prawns, house smoked trout rillette, cured salmon  and stuffed half shell mussels. (Available at market prices for a minimum of 40 guests).

 

ADD AN OYSTER STATION

Fresh oysters served on platters with lemon + Chef’s selection of two seasonal dressings. $100 per dozen. (minimum order three dozen).

CHEESE TOWERS

A lavish alternative to a traditional wedding cake, our selection of cheese towers includes artisan cheeses from both Australia and abroad. 

All cheese towers are served with an assortment of accompaniments, such as crackers and lavosh, seasonal fruits and muscatels. Cheese is served on individual boards with dessert.

Pricing changes seasonally with the availability of the cheese.
